Head chef of Roma Cafe and Bramhall Pub - one position, food comes from the same kitchen. Experience as a head chef required unless a resume/references that would allow for an exception. We are looking for a mixture of the classics from traditional American Italian cooking, with some updates, along with pub-style food for Bramhall. Cooking on line is required, along with highly organized SOP's, and cleanliness is a necessity.
Pay commensurate with experience.
