We are looking for a cook who is passionate about smoked meats!
This is a hybrid position working in the smoker pit and the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Manage product preparation, trim and season meats.
Manage smoker inventory and Work with FOH staff to determine product needs
Manage smoking equipment, - cleanings and maintenance
Prepare meals for customers
Communication - team work makes the dream work!
Requirements:
Smoker experience (we will consider hobby smokers)
A passion for smoked meats
