The Shop” by Island Creek Oysters- A raw bar and a retail shellfish market is now hiring for our service team. We are seeking part-time individuals with the ability to roll up their sleeves and work and have a good time doing it.
The ideal candidates should possess:
A personalized approach to customer service
An upbeat personality
The ability to thrive in a busy restaurant environment
Weekend availability is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests
Accurately process food and beverage orders
Prepare drinks using established recipes
Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and drink menus
Maintain a positive attitude and good communication with teammates
Help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Qualifications/Experience:
1-year minimum serving/bartending experience is a plus but not required
Keen interest and willingness to learn
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
