We are in our 22nd year, and many of our staff have been with us for well over 10 years.

We pride ourselves on working as a collaborative team and would love to see if you would be a good fit!

This is a year round position, and probably full time (this depends on your availability, as we are open to PT options)

We are located an hour west of downtown Portland and 35 min SE of Conway, NH

We're looking for driven candidates that have a great attitude, availability, and flexibility and most importantly, a passion for our crazy industry

We are always closed on MON and TUES but we do need someone who can work weekends, and a mix of lunch & dinner shifts

Please have experience cooking on a busy linesaute, ovens and/or char grill.

Responsibilities include:

Set up & organizing stations, prep for service, executing menu items & specials, proper food handling, cleanliness & great communication

We offer competitive pay based on experience, a matching IRA, PTO, staff meals, 2 days off in a row and a mostly flexible schedule
