The Bradley Inn is a full service Inn and Restaurant that is open May through October. The restaurant is open Thursday - Saturday evenings May to mid-June and then again in October. Mid-June through September the restaurant will be open Wednesday through Sunday evenings. The restaurant is upscale casual fine dining with high end food, service and presentation.

The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef, someone to be his right hand. Someone that is interested in being part of a creative team offering insight in new menu item development utilizing seasonal products. Able to manage the kitchen in accordance with the Head Chef's culinary standards, staff management expectations and guidelines when he is not in attendance. Training of staff members as necessary.

Candidates should have/be

- 5+ years of experience

- culinary school a plus

- experience in fine dining, gourmet food preparation and plating

- ServSafe certified
