Position:
Tasting Room Staff (Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities)
Job Overview:
As part of our Tasting Room team, you’ll be the face of Definitive Brewing. Your job is to ensure the tasting room runs smoothly while creating a fun, welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities:
Provide a friendly, consistent, and high-quality customer experience.
Maintain solid knowledge of our beer lineup and tasting room menu.
Keep the tasting room, patios, and restrooms clean and organized.
Stock beer and merchandise coolers as needed.
Perform opening and closing duties, including register balancing.
Ensure the facility is secure at the end of shifts.
Assist with special events and emergency needs.
Meet regularly with management for feedback and updates.
Show up on time and ready for all scheduled shifts.
Attend offsite events as needed.
Complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift 55+ lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments.
Able to stand on concrete floors for the duration of the shift.
Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching required.

Hours:
Schedule is based on tasting room hours and event needs. Weekly schedules are set by the Tasting Room & Facilities Manager and Chief Executive Officer.
