High-volume, fast-paced, Old Port Italian inspired restaurant is seeking a full time professional guest relations specialist. This person will be responsible for planning out reservations and requests, managing a lengthy waitlist, communicating with hosts and management, and generally controlling the flow of the evening.
Our ideal candidate has experience in restaurants or customer service, has a passion for hospitality, is warm and welcoming, and has great communication skills. This person should also be able to multitask, prioritize needs, and handle themselves well in high stress situations. This candidate should have strong attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow, and seek employment with a growing restaurant group. Experience with Resy and Breadcrumb and basic food & beverage knowledge are a plus.
Fine dining experience is strongly preferred.
Starting compensation negotiable based on experience. This is a tipped position. Health insurance, Dental, and paid time off benefits available.
