Part-time caregiver needed for male quadriplegic in North Saco, for Saturday mornings for 2 hours, 8am-10am. Actually, we usually finish closer to 9:30, but you would still be paid the full 2 hours.
Must be a mature, responsible, dependable person.
I am 58 years old and I'm paralyzed from the neck down, so I need help with bathing, dressing and transferring to my wheelchair by using a Hoyer lift. It may sound like a lot, but we have a pretty solid routine in place. To make it easier and safer, dressing & transferring is a 2 person process, so someone would be here to assist you with that.
Hours are: 8:00AM - 10:00AM
Days are: Saturdays only. But even if you could only work 2-3 Saturdays/month, that would be helpful.
Pay = $21 per hour.
No smokers please.
No experience necessary.
If you are a CNA, PSS, Home Health Aide or PCA, you will fit right in here, but no experience is OK too.
