We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to assist our Workers' Compensation department. You will help with managing claims, maintaining accurate records, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves working closely with employees, managers, and insurance providers to ensure smooth processing of workers' compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with organizing, filing, and processing workers' compensation claims.
-Input and update claim details in the system; track claim status and deadlines.
-Respond to inquiries from employees, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers; provide status updates.
-Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
-Ensure all work follows company policies and legal requirements, including privacy regulations.
Location: Portland, ME
Salary: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, part-time to full-time hours
