Location: Storage Locker in Brunswick (unheated)
Pay: $35/hour, cash + $20 completion bonus
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with framing and cataloging a collection of artwork. This is a perfect opportunity for art enthusiasts, crafters, or students interested in gaining hands-on experience with art handling.
Responsibilities:
1. Frame unframed pictures using provided materials - including screwing in hooks
2. Photograph artwork using a smartphone camera
3. Cross-check and update inventory in Google Sheets
4. Properly tag and rebox artwork
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and care for handling artwork
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and general computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a tight space
- Comfortable using a smartphone camera
Nice to Have:
- Interest or background in arts/crafts
- Experience with art handling or gallery work
No heavy lifting is required. Must be able to work the entire 3-hour shift.
Compensation:
- $35 per hour, paid in cash
- $20 bonus upon successful completion of the project
Total potential earnings: $125 for 3 hours of work
