Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Seasonal, Part‑ to Full‑Time)
Location: Busy Seasonal Campground – Bangor, ME
Position Overview
Under general supervision, you’ll perform skilled and semi‑skilled labor to keep our facilities and grounds in top shape, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests .
Key Responsibilities
Light maintenance on campground facilities, buildings, and grounds (painting, carpentry, minor repairs)
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Operate and maintain tractors and small equipment (experience a plus; we’ll train)
Routine landscaping and groundskeeping to maintain campground beautification
Adhere to all safety regulations and campground policies
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, team‑oriented work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous maintenance or trade experience preferred but not required
Willingness to learn equipment operation and basic repair techniques
