Wanted: A seasonal caretaker (7 months/year) for 2 camps in Brooks/Waldo. Duties include regular inspections, light maintenance, and overseeing heavier maintenance. Close living proximity and a snowplow are a plus, but not required.

Job description:
Once a week at a specified time, and on-demand if needed, drive to properties and perform:
- visual inspection - checklist given
- light maintenance
- clear trees/sticks from road & paths
- check waste bins
- hot tub
- check canoes and kayaks are securely tied and bailed out
- take trash to xfer station
Also looking for experienced cleaners to turn cabin and tipi between rentals.
