We are hiring a person of high moral character and integrity willing to perform maintenance in commercial buildings. This is a year round, fully or part time position(s) with benefits. Full time position comes with 100% paid healthcare. Most work is located within 5 miles of Portland.
The ideal candidate is simply a hard worker, great communicator and willing to learn!
Work is varied, including but certainly not limited to: Being a good communicator with organizational skills, wall repair, painting, water damages, minor electrical, minor plumbing, furniture modifications and able to trouble shoot general problems. You will never be bored and perform repetitive work.
