House Caretaker / Property Manager Wanted:
Hello, I am looking for a caretaker or property manager for my summer home in Friendship. This role would manage opening and closing the house, and help find & manage people for house maintenance, such as:
Mowing, Cleaning, Repairs, Painting, Well Maintenance, Dock.
The caretaker could also do these tasks depending on what they want, like Opening/Closing and Cleaning.
Compensation Negotiable
