What You'll Do:
As an Installation Manager Trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of our installation processes, working alongside experienced professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards. Initially, your workday will begin at our office in Springvale, or you can meet us at the jobsite. Eventually, for the right candidate, there may be the possibility of taking the work truck home and starting your day directly from there. You should also be aware that some days you may work independently, while other days you will work alongside a helper.
What We're Looking For:
A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Open availability and flexibility in scheduling, as work will be on an as-needed basis.
Physical ability to climb a ladder up to the 3rd story, with occasional work on 4th-story structures.
Willingness to travel to job sites . We have jobs from Bangor, Maine area all the way into some parts of New Hampshire.
Most importantly: A genuine willingness to learn, dependability, and a hard-working spirit.
Ability to follow directions carefully and accurately.
While some construction experience is a plus, it is not required. We are eager to train the right candidate!

Work is on an as-needed basis, with pay per job, paid weekly upon completion.
Most jobs are completed within a single day, and with experience, you should be able to complete 2-3 jobs per day.
We have a consistent workload – last year we worked nearly every weekday and some weekends.
