TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an Installer to join their growing team based out of Wells, Maine.
Requirements of the Installer:
Experience working on a construction site
2+ years of concrete (forming and/or flatwork) experience preferred but not required
Working knowledge of basic power tools
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Reliable transportation to work a must
Benefits of the Job:
Weekly hourly pay plus weekly performance pay
$18-20 per hour
Ability to earn $60,000 - $90,000 annually when combined with performance pay

Responsibilities of the Installer:
Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
Travel to the customer’s home and install the job within guidelines
Communicate with customers as needed to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction
Follow safety guidelines at all times
Strong attention to quality and efficiency
Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
