SJ Services, a leading New England Janitorial company has an immediate opening for a Supervisor/Manager in the Bangor area.
This position is Full Time year round position.
You will be responsible for managing staff, entering hours for payroll, training, recruitment of additional staff when needed, meeting with SJ personnel and communication with the client(s).
Experience with managing staff and knowledge of cleaning procedures and machines is necessary as this work location is highly visible to both the employees and the public.
You must be able to pass State and Federal background checks including fingerprinting.
You must have VALID employment documents.
Proper communications (speaking, reading, writing) in English is a must! Bi-lingual OK
Travel to/from work site must be reliable even in inclement weather as this location does not close.
