We are hiring experienced landscape Leader. This person is responsible with working with a crew of 2-3 people on all aspects of landscaping. To include but not limited to, planting, mulching, maintenance and pruning. Candidates should be able to work well with others and communicate with customers. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Position is fulltime and year-round employment. Willing to train less experienced candidates in leadership role.

Valid license.

Proven experience in landscaping, with a strong understanding of various tasks and techniques.
Previous experience leading jobs and crews.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime hours as needed.
