Looking to either hire someone already experienced in landcare - or someone who wants to learn.
Self employed for around a decade and haven't grown yet. ; I need to hire a dependable hard working part time employee to be able to build my business further. I have hired day laborers and gotten great help; but now I need a second hand. Having a person who can work for me will free up more of my time so that I can work on growing the business larger and giving my employee more work and different types as well. This will also allow me to pass on the knowledge that I have, I can teach a person how to do it to the best quality. I also welcome any knowledge that anyone would bring.
We mow lawns, weed whack, leaf blow yards and remove leaves, limb and chip trees, do light land clearing. and dock installation and removal. We clean up and create mulch beds. This work is seasonal, I have part time work Spring through Fall, I don't have any winter work yet. Also spring and fall tend to be the seasons that I have more work to offer. I have a decent amount of spring and fall clean up customers and dock removal and installations. I have all of the equipment needed to do these jobs.
This is 1099 work. This is check paid at the end of the work week. I am established I am known. I have the tools we need to do the job. I lead from the front. You will not be asked to do anything that I won't be next to you doing with you.
I will be conducting interviews. I would like to find someone with landscaping backround, but am willing to teach someone who is willing to learn. Any questions please ask - I would like to find someone who wants to help build and develop a company.
