Stephen Carr Property Services is a landscape installation and maintenance company located in York, Maine. We are currently looking to fill positions on the following crews:
$750.00 SIGN ON BONUS For Qualified Candidates
Hardscape/Masonry Installation Crew
Landscape Installation Crew
Landscape Maintenance Crew
Fine Gardening Crew
Lawn Mowing Crew
Supervisor/Foreman Positions also available - 3 Years’ experience required for Foreman positions.
Experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to detail and efficiency.
Good work attendance.
Ability to work overtime in peak seasons
Work well with others.
Have a valid driver's license.
Enjoy working outside.
Lift 50Lbs.
Ability to follow directions from supervisor’s
Positions will require to be able to properly perform some of the following:
Spring and fall clean-ups, which include leaf raking, leaf blowing, picking up debris and loading trucks.
Routinely maintain gardens (Weeding, Pruning, Raking, Edging and Mulching).
Install plants and shrubs.
Properly install patios, walkways, stonewalls and stone veneer.
Operate a walker lawn mower
String Trimming and Leaf Blowing
Water plantings
Safely and properly load materials into dump truck.
Keep track of tools and materials.
Safely operate small engine equipment.
Install and Maintain Irrigation Systems and Landscape Lighting
