Job Responsibilities:
Complete lawn mowing routes in the designated order within scheduled times.
Arrive at work on time—before the 6:30 AM start—and consistently show up on scheduled workdays (Monday – Thursday for full-time).
Make smart, efficient decisions on the go to improve your productivity and route performance.
Maintain a professional attitude and ensure high-quality service on every job site.
Job Requirements:
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to assess tasks and self-manage your route for maximum efficiency.
Must be punctual and committed to the assigned schedule.
Prior lawn care experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
