Assistant Gutter Technician
Responsibilities:
1. Job Site Coordination:
Meet with the Lead Gutter Technician at the shop or job site (at the discretion of the Gutter Lead).
2. Job Site Setup:
Set up the gutter trailer for production upon arrival at the job site.
Unload folding ladders, roller stands, sawhorses, and all necessary materials for the job (hangers, end caps, outlets, spacers, etc.).
3. Measurement Recording:
Record measurements as communicated by the Gutter Lead onto the trailer whiteboard.
4. Gutter Production:
Print gutters to fit the communicated measurements.
Prep printed gutters by installing hangers every 6” from each end and 18” apart through the gutter.
Install end caps as needed and leave ends open where miter boxes will be used.
5. Assistance to Gutter Lead:
Assist the Gutter Lead as directed during the installation process.
6. Clean-Up and Organization:
Return all tools and equipment to their assigned locations.
Clean the job site, removing all debris.
Load aluminum scrap into the truck bed.
Reload all ladders back onto the trailer.
