We specialize in permanent landscape lighting ($5,000-$20,000) and large-scale holiday displays ($50,000+), delivering artistry and precision under tight deadlines.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to execute lighting installations for residential and commercial projects. This role involves hands-on work, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and collaborating with a small, dedicated team to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Install permanent and holiday lighting systems, including wiring, mounting, and setup.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality installation standards.
- Work with operations manager to track tasks using CompanyCam and adhere to SOPs.
- Perform takedowns and adjustments as needed, often in outdoor, weather-impacted conditions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or a related trade.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather (e.g., Maine winters).
- Team player with a reliable, professional attitude.
Compensation:
$25-$35/hour, 30-40 hours/week, with unlimited overtime during peak seasons.
Up to 10% Commission for motivated installers for upsells and for bringing new opportunities to the company
