Work Schedule: Full-time employees can expect to work 40 hours per week during the Company's high season. Overtime may be required during the peak processing season.
Essential Function: Ensure quick and efficient extraction of lobster meat while adhering to all HACCP, SOP, and GMP guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Extract lobster meat from claws and knuckles.
Ensure all product is extracted as cleanly as possible, without cartilage or shells.
Report any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor as needed.
Consistently follow food safety, SOP, and GMP guidelines at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
Must work well in a team environment or independently.
Ability to stand for long periods and maintain consistent movement
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
Forklift experience is required
Communication skills are necessary
