Work alongside our Maintenance team to help keep our campus grounds clean and facilities in working order.This is a job for someone who likes hands-on work and is skilled in the use of tools and mechanical equipment.This is a position for someone who has basic maintenance skills. This individual will work directly with our Maintenance Coordinator and duties will be different every day.
- Provide top-notch customer service to our guests
- General upkeep and custodial work
- Lawn and grounds care including mowing, raking, weeding, etc.
- Assist in the set-up / take-down of various meeting spaces which may include setting up chairs and tables, A/V equipment, etc.
- Minor repairs on equipment and facilities
- Ability to use and operate simple tools (powered & non-powered)
- Be able and comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift 50 pounds when needed
- Comfortable working individually and as part of our team
This is a fun job that is different every day. You'll be performingmaintenance duties right by the water, we're located on the beach.
