Nauset Associates (a business that operates - Fore Street, Street & Company, Scales, and Standard Baking Co.) is looking for a full-time maintenance person to join our maintenance department. You will perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment, troubleshoot physical plant issues, light construction, and a wide range of repairs. Other duties may include painting, cleaning, and coordinating with outside vendors. Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge are a plus. This position will operate between locations with a set schedule and will work with our other maintenance personnel. We seek someone who is self-motivated, detail-orientated, and can prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently complete tasks without assistance is required.
The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work cooperatively.
Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. This is a physically active position that requires the ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and require regular use of ladders. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be able to work some weekends. This is a full-time, hourly position.
