About the Role
This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

Most work is located within 5 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.
Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Carpentry, water damage remediation/repair, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, general troubleshooting and repairs.
Schedule:
Option 1: Mon-Fri 7:30 - 4:00PM with mandatory overtime After Hours/Saturdays when needed
Option 2: Tues-Sat 7:30 - 4:00PM with optional overtime Mondays/After Hours
Because we are a 24/7 on-call business, all technicians are required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Professional experience in one of the following trades: Carpentry, wall repair/painting, electrical or plumbing
Close attention to detail
Great communication skills
Professionalism
High moral character
Self-Motivation
Solid work ethic
Ability to problem solve
A valid driver's license
Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy
Ability to work with a team or independently

Crow's Nest Property Management was established in 2004 and has been serving the Southern Maine area since. We offer complete property management/maintenance service for primarily commercial properties. Managing healthcare facilities is one of our specialties and our staff is properly trained to work in this unique environment.
