About the Role
This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

Most work is located within 15 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.
Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: General repair & troubleshooting, door hardware adjustments, water leaks, patching & painting, light plumbing, light electrical, etc.
Company vehicles are supplied for work, so a personal vehicle is not needed for this job.
Schedule: Our normal hours of operation are 7:30AM - 4:00PM, however we are a 24/7 On-call company and this position requires responding to emergency calls off hours both during the week and on the weekend. Off hours emergency calls pay a minimum of 2 hours at time and a half, even if the job lasts for less. Most emergency calls are quick fixes and access issues.
Experience Requirements:
Trade experience in one or more of the following categories: Carpentry, drywall repair/painting, plumbing, HVAC
A clean driver's license
Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy
Personal Requirements:

Crow's Nest Property Management was established in 2004 and has been serving the Southern Maine area since. We offer complete property management/maintenance service for primarily commercial properties. Managing healthcare facilities is one of our specialties and our staff is properly trained to work in this unique environment.
