Simply Clean is a family business located in the heart of the lakes region. We specialize in residential, commercial and vacation turnovers. Currently looking to ad a cleaner to our team.
We started Simply Clean during Corona and have continued to grow throughout 2021.
Cleaning experience is a plus, customer service and desire to grow with us is vital.
Prior to 2020 my fiancé and I were in Sales and management. We learned to clean while growing the business and servicing customers. Show up on time, clean it right or go back and fix it.
Our customers are the sole reason we have grown so quickly. Word of mouth around Harrison, Naples and Bridgton has eliminated the need for marketing altogether.
We will show you how to clean each property quickly and efficiently.
More importantly we will groom the right person to scale the business with us.
We need a go getter, someone who can learn the business from top to bottom.
The first few weeks would be part time. Shadowing us on each project to learn the ins and outs.
Once you are comfortable, we will leave you to run the cleans from start to finish. This will free up time for us to estimate new projects and fine tune scheduling. We get new calls everyday that we are putting on ice until we can find the right person to fill this spot. Full time hours will be available as soon as we are ready as a team. After that, we will Simply repeat the process. You hire, train and manage a team.
We started with one vacation rental property summer of 2020.
We are currently at around 25 recurring clients.
We will be at 100 clients by summer 2022.
