Swimming Pool Cleaner – No Experience needed.
Calling all college students! Are you looking to be outside for the summer? Looking for nights and weekends off? Looking to earn a lot of money while on summer break? We want you to join our team at Ledgewater Pools!
The Role: You will be opening and cleaning swimming pools for the summer season. Being flexible and able to adapt to the unknown is key for day-to-day operations in this role.
Applicants must have the following:
Excellent customer service
A positive and motivated attitude
The ability to build strong relationships with teammates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
Willing to be trained to open and clean pools for the summer.
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Clean criminal background
Transportation to and from company shop (Falmouth)
Education: High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Willing and able to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time. Extreme heat and/or rain.
Able to walk, bend, squat, kneeling, twisting, dig, rake etc. for an entire shift.
Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Pay:
Starting Pay: $22.00 depending on experience and abilities. Ability to earn $30,000 per season.
End of season bonus is determined on performance.
Job Type & Hours:
Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays through June.
10 hour shifts or less
Overtime, Overtime!
