Do you want to learn how to fix things or have any interest in turning run down old buildings into beautifully updated living spaces? If so, look no further because Centurion Property Management is looking to hire the newest member of our renovation team.
What are the job duties?:
-Indoor and outdoor renovation work (carpentry, flooring, drywall, installing cabinetry, painting, cleaning, etc)
-Groundskeeping and snow removal
-Assisting maintenance team with repairs to tenant apartments
-Assisting property management crew with apartment turnovers
What are the job requirements?:
-Must be able to work between 8am-4pm M-F (and the occasional weekend day)
-Once trained must be able to do 1 week per month on call after hours ($100 each week you go on call + OT pay for any
time spent responding to a call)
-Driver's license, reliable transportation and live within 15 miles of our office
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform continuous physical labor in a safe and effective manner
-Must be able to work independently and as part of a team (every job is different)
-Must have your own basic set of tools (we provide a list)
-Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company
If you have previous experience doing construction or property maintenance related work, that's great. If not, that's ok too, as long as you've got a good attitude and are willing to learn.
Pay and Benefits:
-$18 per hour to start with a raise once trained and ready to be part of on call pool
