We own a rental property on the Island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands which sustained hurricane damage. We’re looking for a couple of workers to assist in repairs and constructing bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property this winter. We are NOT looking for a contractor or construction company. Work would include concrete footings, wood framing, carpentry, plumbing (PVC), and general labor. Professional building experience is a plus but not necessary for all positions but experience using power tools is a must.
Time frame would be to start Mid January and continue for 2-3 months depending on a mutual agreement. We will provide comfortable shared housing including all utilities and Wifi and round trip airfare (at end of contract).
This is a great opportunity for someone who would work hard but also be able to enjoy a few of the winter months in the Carribean.
