Maine Gallery + Studio Guide is in its 25th year of promoting Maine art. We looking for a p/t publisher's assistant to start right away. Our office is in Lucerne-in-Maine, between Bangor and Ellsworth. Some work can be remote, but most will be in our office.
Our clients are the best art galleries and studios in Maine. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be proficient with social media, Photoshop, Word Press and InDesign; knowing MailChimp is helpful. A pleasant personal service style is important.
The position is perfect for an artist, graphic designer, or anyone wishing for a career in Maine art. Some weeks can be very slow. A minimum would be 4 hours a week, a maximum would be 15. Hours can be flexible. $25/hr
