Alternative Manufacturing is seeking a Production Assembler, to be based in Winthrop Maine
Requirements of the Production Assembler:
Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Long periods of sitting and standing
Good eye hand coordination and digital dexterity
Lifting 35lbs independently
Ability to use minor measuring devices as required
Ability to commute to Winthrop Maine on Monday through Thursday.
Benefits of the Job:
1st Shift hourly pay: $15.30 - $15.50
One-week Paid Time Off after 120 days and can earn up to another week within the first year

Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:40 – Fridays Off!
Monday – Thursday: 7am – 4:30, Friday 7am – 12pm
Monday - Thursday 8am – 4:40pm, Friday 8am – 2:30pm

Responsibilities of the Production Assembler
Performing daily building of a variety of assemblies within a product family
The ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electronic mechanical products
Move material/product to different operations
Great opportunity for someone returning to the workforce.
Perform daily cleanup of the workstation
