Green Bee is looking for a production team member to help in the daily operation in batching and bottling all of the soda that goes through the facility. The candidate should have the drive to work in a fast-paced brewery environment and the desire to be a part of the growing Green Bee brand.
What to Expect:
Running all equipment on bottling line
Start-up and shut-down of utilities and equipment
Sanitation of production area, tanks and equipment according to SOPs
Assistance of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment
Box building and prep for bottle runs
Pull and load orders for distribution
Assist with brewing tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Brewing experience a plus but not necessary, more important is the desire to make an exceptional product and be an integral part of a team of passionate and dedicated individuals
Mechanical aptitude and experience a plus
Must be punctual and reliable
Squatting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, twisting; continuous walking & standing; climbing ladders.
Requires frequent unassisted lifting of a variety of objects from various positions, which can range in weight from 30 to 75 pounds.
Moving goods w/ the assistance of a pallet jack or possibly forklift.
Extended time in a loud industrial environment.
Properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety and company policies.
Hours & Compensation:
Full-time (30-40hrs/wk). Typical production hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Starting pay rate is $20/hr with review after 6 months
