We are seeking Production Workers to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is temporary, lasting 3–6 months, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in production and manufacturing.
Schedule & Pay:
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Position Summary:
The Production Worker will safely and effectively perform a variety of tasks to support daily production goals. Key responsibilities include:
Operating a die-cutting (clicker press) machine to trim products
Inspecting in-process and finished products for quality
Tracking and logging production quantities
Packing and transporting finished goods
Assisting with batching, cleaning, and material handling as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Physical stamina to stand and perform manual tasks for the duration of a shift
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
