NOW HIRING: Spray Booth & Bonding Operator
We’re growing and looking for a dependable, career-minded individual to join our team! Be part of a high-performing environment operating a state-of-the-art spray system applying thermal, metal, and ceramic coatings.
What You’ll Do:
Apply thermal spray (wire and powder) coatings to backing tubes and plates
Operate plasma spray and wire equipment (preferred but not required)
Use power tools and measuring instruments with precision
Interpret mechanical drawings and follow detailed procedures
Operate ancillary production equipment as needed
Participate in quality, safety, and traceability systems
Handle and process hazardous waste safely
Suggest and help implement process improvements
Qualifications:
1+ years of verifiable experience in a related manufacturing or shop role
Proficient in English (verbal & written)
Must pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear a respirator
High school diploma or GED required
