Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production team member to join our small dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production operations.
Duties:
- Operate industrial sewing machines and cutting equipment to fabricate and assemble a range of product including pet collars and leashes, canvas totes, garment labeling, and other products as assigned.
-Maintain set quality and efficiency standards
- Troubleshoot and perform basic machinery maintenance
Ideal Experience:
- Previous experience in a production and/ or stitching environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines (Juki and Brother)
-Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to recognize and diagnose machine trouble.
- Strong critical thinking skills desired, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to move between sitting and standing throughout the day, and lift and carry up to 25lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
