Position Title: Accounting Specialist
Position Type: PT (32 Hrs) or possibly Full-Time (40 Hrs) - Hourly
Job Description:
CNPM is excited to announce the opening of an Accounting Specialist position. This is an opportunity to grow with Crow’s Nest and to take on new challenges. We have an increasing need to support our growing team of field technicians. This role is responsible for tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and data entry.
Due to the varied nature of the responsibilities for this role, being organized and properly managing one’s schedule is a foremost requirement for this role.
Applicant Requirements: Candidates for this position must possess the following experience and characteristics:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience or similar
- High computer/smartphone fluency
- Quickbooks Online experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to solve problems
- Team player
