Established 32-year-old company looking to hire a full-time Apartment Manager to help lease, release several apartment complexes in Portland and Scarborough area. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys being hands-on and helping tenants.
The responsibilities of the position are as follows:
-Work along-side others as a team
-Apartment showings
-Manage leasing and renewals
-Assist potential tenants with applications
-Be motivated
-Ability to communicate well with tenants and coworkers
-Reliable and Responsible
-Clean driving record/License
-Willing to learn and be helpful
This position is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Starting pay is $25/hr. 40 hours a week.
