Position Title: HR & Administrative Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time Hourly

Job Description:

CNPM is excited to announce the opening of an HR & Administrative Coordinator position. This is an opportunity to grow with Crow’s Nest and to take on new challenges. We have an increasing need to support our growing team of field technicians. This role is responsible for tasks related to Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, coordinating training, administering benefits, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, all while supporting the overall HR strategy of the company.

In addition to these human resources tasks, this role is also responsible for Administrative tasks including supporting the needs of management, managing the company safety program and related documentation, managing of fleet vehicles and general administrative tasks at the office such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Due to the varied nature of the responsibilities for this role, being organized and properly managing one’s schedule is a foremost requirement for this role.

Applicant Requirements: Candidates for this position must possess the following experience and characteristics:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year working in administrative capacity with preference going to those with human resources experience

- High computer/tablet/phone fluency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent time management

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Desire to grow with CNPM
