We are a young family seeking a tech-savy go-getter to help organize our home in Hallowell.
Job description:
Coordinate and schedule contractors and appointments. (Child care, mowers/gardeners, house cleaner, snow removal, home contractors, doctors, odd-jobs, etc.)
Coordinate prescription refill w/ Dr, pick up, and deliver prescription refills.
Occasional errands: grocery shopping, Target, dry cleaning, car inspections, car washes etc.
Laundry, ironing, folding.
Water plants
Child care depending on interest and experience.
Organize mail and pay paper bills.
Meal planning
Break down boxes and recycling
Clean fridge 2x / week.
Requirements:
Must be tech savvy: Email, SMS, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets, Password managers.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Aggressive and persistent: calling and emailing until you get a result.
Local
Comfortable with nervous dogs and babies.
Willingness to get CPR + First Aid certified. (We will pay for cost of certification and time.)
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
