The Role:
As an Inspection Technician, you’ll primarily be working within 15 miles of Portland, focusing on inspections of building utility systems, life safety systems, and water systems within healthcare environments. No prior experience in utility systems? No problem! We offer on-the-job training, so you’ll have the skills you need to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting building systems and documenting findings in detailed reports
- Using Microsoft Office to complete inspection forms in the field
This is a full-time position with a work-life balance. All necessary tools and a company vehicle are provided, so you can focus on the work without worrying about transportation.

- Professional with a high moral character
- Detail-oriented and able to complete reports accurately
- Excellent communicators and self-motivated
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to use tablets/smartphones
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Hold a valid driver’s license
