We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Inspection Photographer. In this role, you will visit homes in Maine to take high-quality photos and complete a checklist documenting the condition of each property. Your work will help ensure accurate and comprehensive property assessments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Travel to assigned homes in Maine within a two hour radius.
-Take clear, high-quality photographs of the property (interior and exterior).
-Complete a detailed checklist outlining the condition of each home.
-Ensure all tasks are completed on time and submitted promptly.
Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
-Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
-Basic proficiency with smartphones or cameras for photo documentation.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly or per-assignment rate. Details will be discussed during the interview.
