This is a working Supervisor Position. Must be able to communicate and work effectively with the SR Property Manager and Regional Facilities Manager, lead, train Schedule employee and vendors.
Duties include but not limited to:
Apartment Turnovers
Schedule and complete Resident Service requests in a timely manner
"On Call" Duties
Conduct property inspections
Complete preventative maintenance
Work independently
Strong Customer Service skills
Insurance, 401K, PTO, Vacation
