Hello,
We are looking for a part time (4-15 hours a month) property manager to oversee and maintain our home.
Requests would look like
- Overseeing any work being done to the property
- General checks in to ensure well being of the property
- Proactive feedback and communication on issues to the home
- Replenishments of home necessities
- Taking garbage to the side of the road / dump
Requirements would look like
At least 2-3 references of properties or jobs that you've had similar to property managing
At least 2-3 years experience in maintaining properties or jobs that you've had similar to property managing
English Speaking
Background check will be required
Overall committed to being available within reason
Will be asked to move items heavier items (furniture, wood ect)
Not required but nice to have
- Plumbing / electrical / construction / wood working background
- Large vehicle / truck
