We are hiring for an Edible Packaging Position. We create delicious large batch cannabis confections from scratch, then package and distribute our edibles to 60+ stores in the state of Maine. We offer a flexible schedule, looking for someone 6-7 hours a day, 2-3 days a week. We can work within your children's school/camp schedule, we operate Monday-Friday 8-5, no weekends or major Holidays.
This Position Includes:
Multitasking while maintaining a clean, organized work space.
Many tasks are repetitive and require constant attention.
We use a lot of small hand movements so the physical ability to manipulate products and packaging is a must.
Labeling packaging.
Wrapping and bagging various edible products while keeping track of proper labeling requirements for each product.
The ability to change tasks as orders come in.
Updating the product inventory daily using Google Sheets and Metrc, we will teach you.
Must be a team player, we are a fast growing company and help each other out as needed.
Daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Flexible Schedule- Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm
Accrued PTO after 90 days of employment, 1 hour per every 40 hours worked.

Requirements:
21+
Must be able to pass State and Federal Background Checks, In Maine Cannabis it can take 2-4 weeks to get the required documentation to start being allowed to touch cannabis in a working environment.
Must be okay with constantly smelling like Cannabis and working in a facility with it present.
Will need to be ServSafe Certified - We will cover this cost one time.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and do basic math
Training and Starting Wage:
The training wage is $16 an hour, once training is complete the hourly pay is $18 per hour dependent on performance.
