About Us: Fiore Home is a distinctive non-traditional furniture and home decor store in Yarmouth, ME. We offer an ever-changing selection of ready-to-take-home and special-order furniture, as well as home decor, accessories, and gifts.
Position: Inventory Specialist / Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time), 20-30 flexible hours per week. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
-Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure timely and accurate replenishment of products.
-Sales Support: Support sales goals by engaging with customers, following up on quotes and tracking the special orders from point of sale to delivery as outlined in our standard operating procedures.
-Order Processing: Handle new stock arrivals, process shipments, and ensure that products are accurately labeled and displayed. Ensure online orders are processed and shipped in a timeline manner.
-Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with product inquiries and offering personalized recommendations.
Qualifications:
-MUST be proficient and experienced in Shopify, and shopify E-Commerce.
-Great interpersonal skills. Relationships are key. Communication skills are essential for this job. Inventory specialists need to be able to switch contexts based on the work environment they are in and have a positive attitude. This role requires interaction with warehouse personnel, delivery drivers, and vendor representatives.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
-Computer skills are essential. We are a mac based company and require fluency in all google products (email, slides, drive etc).
-Team player. Everyone empties the trash and restocks staples when needed. We are constantly streamlining our processes and love to find ways to simplify and refine what works best. We are uninterested in social status and status quo. Down earth humor is our love language.
