Jack Traps Ice Fishing Outfitters is hiring! We are a manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of ice fishing equipment, primarily the Jack Trap Ice Fishing Trap. We are looking to fill 4-5 positions in our manufacturing facility and retail store. Part time and full-time options. The jobs are well rounded and will require employees to jump to a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to drilling, sanding, staining, parts assembly, trap assembly, sales associate/cashier work, shipping, packaging, and more. Jobs are year-round but seasonal in nature. Summer consists of repetitive manufacturing work that requires extreme attention to detail with flexible hours. Fall and winter is the fast past sales season, so this consists of final trap assembly, building orders, packing, shipping, retail, and customer service. Regimented schedule and overtime options though the winter. Spring is typically our down time and hours may be reduced. Experience in manufacturing, wood working, customer service and knowledge of ice fishing a plus. Pay will be based on experience.
