Busy, independent specialty food, craft beer, fine wine and quick serve sandwich store seeks experienced, energetic retail manager. Right candidate will have great people skills, retail and staff management experience (including hiring and scheduling staff), quick serve and POS experience, and will possess ability to multi-task, be accurate, understand the big picture, manage the parts and still have fun! Knowledge of natural/organic fine foods, beer and wine, interest in driving sales, and love of the outdoors a plus (located in Bethel).
